Since elementary school, Nicole Karam has known she wanted to be a lawyer. After achieving academic distinction in college and law school in New York, she realized her future lay in Texas and (as the saying goes) she “got here as soon as she could.” Nicole brings natural ABILITY and serious DEDICATION to her work on transactional, contract and litigation matters for the firm’s clients. *Licensed in New York, Nicole Karam is a 2017 Candidate for the Bar of the State of Texas.

Bio:

Nicole Karam received her law degree from Albany Law School In 2015, summa cum laude. During law school, Nicole was an Associate Editor on the Albany Law Review, and served as a teaching and research assistant. She was also admitted as a student practitioner to Albany Law School’s Tax and Transactions Clinic, where she assisted clients with complex tax issues. Nicole served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Lawrence E. Kahn, Senior United States District Court Judge for the Northern District of New York. As an undergraduate at the University of Rochester (BA Political Science 2012) she taught primary schoolchildren in Rochester and abroad in Italy. Nicole practices primarily in the area of commercial litigation.
