Nathanial Martinez

Nathanial Martinez is a business lawyer who practices in both state and federal court. He handles a variety of employment, real estate, construction, and general commercial litigation claims on both sides of a dispute (plaintiff and defendant), including wrongful termination, unemployment benefits, subcontractor and general contractor liens and claims, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, unfair competition, tortious interference, conspiracy, and theft of trade secrets.
