On February 9, 2017, Kimberly Sims will speak at an AATC-sponsored “Legal Lunch and Learn” program, on the topic “Death of a Resident.” Kimberly will address the important issues that arise when a resident dies, such as proper handling of a power of attorney, dealing with an estate executor, etc.
